clearing space for nourishment: wand making and yoga in the garden

  • Laird Communal Garden 565 Laird Avenue Southeast Warren, OH, 44484 United States (map)

This outdoor event falls between the new moon and the autumn equinox, and we’ll focus on harnessing energy from both to prepare our spaces for the upcoming seasonal changes. We’ll work toward clearing space so we can cultivate more nourishment in the slower months ahead. Using herbs and plants from the garden, we’ll craft personalized smoke cleansing wands to take home and cleanse our spaces, and a gentle session of yoga and somatic movement will be offered to create space within our bodies, minds, and spirits.

  • Wand-making materials and a small snack will be provided.

  • Bring water, your yoga mat, a towel or blanket, a journal and writing utensil if you’d like, and anything else that would make you comfy.

  • Please dress for the weather since this event will be outdoors.

  • $10 donation suggested, but not required

  • event is contingent upon weather
