I’m Brianne (she/her), a trauma-informed yoga & somatics facilitator, Reiki practitioner, and mindfulness advocate.

I specialize in body literacy, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness to help people reconnect with their bodies for a stronger sense of self, autonomy, and connection to natural rhythms.

I’m on a mission to bring yoga and mindfulness to more people by making these practices more accessible and inclusive. As more people experience the benefits, we can strengthen our communities, both small and large.
