Happy new moon to your beautiful spirit 🌑

We are in the energy of the harvest moon* this lunar cycle, a time to take in the fruits of our labor.

What have you sown?

This feels especially timely with the election atmosphere, how we’re treating each other within our communities, and how we’re treating ourselves.

Honest reflection without judgment feels like an absolute must here, so I invite you to do this with a lens of acceptance.

Acceptance isn’t settling or permanently inhabiting any particular state. It’s about noticing where you are and how things are in a very neutral sense (sans all the triggers) and allowing them to be just that.

This can be really hard when big feelings automatically come up and feel attached to everything you’re observing. It’s tricky.

Practice noticing the facts separate from the layers of feelings.

Acceptance relies on a candid and blunt view of the now. There’s no fudging and hedging. Things are just as they are. Truth. Fact. No evaluation.

It gives you a space to slow down and check yourself. Stop avoiding. Stop fixing. Stop changing.

Acceptance is a powerful practice of seeing the truth and giving it room to exist as is, no caveats

So with a kind heart, I invite you to experiment with a daily practice of noticing what you’ve sown.

✨ May your heart and eyes stay wide open ✨

With good energy 💚
