A 45-55 minute floor session, accessible for all levels (including beginners) where the focus is on building a deeper and stronger relationship with your body. This event incorporates yoga, somatic movement, and breathwork to help you explore your own natural sensations, rhythms, and cycles to grow your self-knowledge and empowerment.
These events are offered free of charge through the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County. Participating supports the continuation of local library programs + you get free yoga! 💜
Bring yourself, a mat, some water, whatever else would make you feel comfy and supported, and perhaps a journal for self-reflection after the event.
