Yoga for Natural Embodiment

  • Bending Oak Permaculture Farm 100 Cottage Grove Drive Youngstown, OH, 44505 United States (map)

A 45- to 60-minute outdoor session to connect with your body as your natural environment. We’ll use yoga, somatic movement, and breath to tune into natural body rhythms, loosen entanglement with unsupportive systems & habits, and strengthen sustainable & nourishing self-care practices.

Bring your mat and water. Practice will be held outdoors on a wooden pavilion and near a pond, so please dress for the weather, and bring anything else that would bring you comfort or ease (like a second mat, towel, or blanket for under your mat, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc.).

Limited spaces are available, so participants must RSVP to secure a spot.

In the event of inclement weather, sessions may be cancelled.

Participants will need to pay the general admission of $12.00 to the farm. This yoga session is included, as well as all the other offerings under general admission. Check out Bending Oak Permaculture Farm’s website for more info of what’s included.

Upon arrival, park in the parking lot and check in with the Welcome Center.
