This gentle yoga practice aims to help you connect with your body with a sense of love and confidence. We’ll focus on finding ease and rest through a combination of light somatic movement and longer holds in postures that encourage heart opening and inward reflection.
This session is offered free of charge through the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County 💜
Showing up supports the continuation of local library programs
Bring yourself, a mat, some water, and whatever else would make you feel comfy. A journal and pen may also be useful to have during our practice or immediately afterward.
